Convert rar to iso

Hello everyone

having recovered a Windows 7 license key from a dead PC

I downloaded a rar file that contains Windows 7, but to install it, I need to convert it to iso

so is it possible?? If yes, how??

I want to clarify that I have done some research on this site, but there is a "debate" about whether it is legal or not, so it's complicated to find answers

the license is legitimate, so please avoid the blabber!!!!

    Read,

    not at all, you unzip your rar so you'll get something like:

    C:\your-path\your-decompressed-rar\
    which corresponds to the directory of the 1st image of the tip

    Then you make your iso there.
