Bonjour,
J'ai, et ce depuis Mercredi, un problème de plantage d'ordi puis d'écran bleu. Depuis le PC rame énormément.
J'ai eu beau cherché une réponse sur Internet, il ne survenait qu'après une réinstallation de Windows 7. Or, mon pc n'a même pas 6 mois et je n'ai jamais réinstallé Windows.
J'hésite entre un problème de RAM (puisqu'un seul des crashs me dit que s'en est pas un) et un vilain cheval de troie. (Mais bon, j'y connais pas grand chose en informatique non plus, donc bon)
Le problème est que la cause reste inconnue, même après un scan AVAST en mode normal et en mode sans échec pour voir s'il s'agissait d'un virus ... J'ai donc installé WhoCrashed et voilà le résultat de l'analyse :
