Bonjour,
J'ai besoin de votre aide de manière vitale, car mon PC est mon outil de travail, je suis une maman en reprise d'études, et les examens sont dans 2 mois! SI je n'ai pas de PC, je ne vois pas comment je pourrais travailler. Je suis complètement paniquée.
Bref, mon problème est que depuis quelques temps mon PC bug sans arrêt. Au début, c'était l'écran qui se bloquait plus rien ne bougeait, j'étais obligée de le redémarrer. Puis c'était enuite, un bruit assourdissant dès que je mettais une vidéo, puis depuis quelques temps des écrans bleus et mon ordi qui redémarre tout seul.
J'ai supprimé tous les logiciels que j'ai installé dernièrement, et j'ai téléchargé whocrashed, seulement je ne comprends pas le rapport et surtout je ne vois pas quoi faire.

les exams dans 2mois et pas de PC.
aparement ce serais un problème de driver/pilote
ce sont des "programmes" qui permetent aux composants de ton PC de comuniquer entre eux.
déja, essaie de sauvegarder tout ce que tu peux, limite achete une clé USB de 16go (40€+-) et met dessu tous tes cours.
ensuite essaie d'installer les driver de
mais j'aurais plutot pensé a un plantage de la carte graphique, blue screen etc... mais aparement ce seraient les driver de ta carte wifi et d'un composant intel.
essaie de réinstaller les driver de ta carte mere, mais avant, débranche/retire ta carte wifi et regarde si ca vas mieux.
mais le principale c'est de mettre tous tes documents sur une clé usb, tu pourras toujours étudier sur les PC d'une bibliotheque, ya toujours moyen de s'en sortire.
et a la limite, télépone a des magasins d'informatique pour voir s'ils peuvent prendre ton pc et le réparer. MAIS SURTOUT SAUVEGARDE TES TRUC UTILES SUR UNE CLE USB.
a+ et j'espere que quelqun trouvera une solution a ton probleme si mes conseils ne te sont pas utiles
