Hello,
I bought a 5€ Orange mobicarte top-up at a tobacco shop, but I can't recharge my phone. When I call 224, it redirects me to 740, where I can only access the top-up service for someone else, and it's the same when I dial #123#, I can only top up for someone else. I want to recharge my own mobile!
How can I do that?

      Yes! They say to call 224 or #123# and neither works!

    I have a mobicarte.
    The 740 is not allowed for me.
    However, the 224 and #123# are allowed.
    Are you sure you have a mobicarte SIM card?

    Salut, si tu as acheté ta mobicarte récemment, as-tu fait les papiers d'enregistrement ? Si oui, ce n'est pas normal. Si non, envoie les papiers, tu recevras un message d'Orange te disant que tu as bien été enregistré et que tu peux recharger. Bye !
