video format without sound?

Hello, Is there a video format that has no sound but only the image? Because I'm doing a video edit but I would like to remove the sound to add my own music!! Thank you    Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

Okay, but then how do you remove a soundtrack? With "windows live movie maker" for example?

Good evening!  There is no relation between the question and the intended purpose. You can easily remove the audio track from an audio-video file of any usual format and obtain a video without sound. You can also replace this soundtrack with your own music. This requires editing software or a simple utility for manipulating video files. No specific format is needed for this.

Hello,  If I remember correctly, you need to go to the Edit tab and set the audio volume to zero.  You can also remove the audio stream in direct stream copy using other software in order to keep only the video stream.  Best regards -- Long live Bobo! ~ Little fish will grow big ~
