Error message.

Hello,

Every time I start my PC an error message appears on the screen.
- Kies Tray Agent - Failed to create tray icon.

What should I do to stop seeing this message?

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 10.0

    Hello,
    click on Start --> Run --> type msconfig --> click on Startup --> then look in "Startup item" to see if there is KiesTrayAgent
    if yes uncheck the box
    then click OK and restart the PC.

      Thank you for the procedure; it seems effective. However, I now have another window that opens at startup: System Configuration Utility, which says I am in Diagnostic Startup or Selective Startup mode and that I should choose Normal Startup. I am in Selective Startup mode; should I change it?

      I don’t need to translate, simply check the box provided for that purpose so it won’t warn you anymore.
