Mosaic tv channels on Freebox HD

Hello,

I have the Freebox HD which works fine, but I don't have the channel mosaic; the screen remains black and I can't see all the channels. To select my channel, I have to scroll or enter the channel number.
Moreover, the Freeplayer doesn't work; the button remains stuck in blue, I believe, and nothing happens when I press OK on the Freeplayer.

Thank you for letting me know if you have the mosaic and if you can use the Freeplayer. How can I fix these issues? Thanks everyone.

I have the same problem for about a week now... around December 1st... no mosaic, the page says "no service", it's quite annoying.

Try rebooting by unplugging and replugging the Freebox (cable at the back of the device)
or press the blue button in the middle of the Free remote (freeplayer) to go to settings and reconfigure.

Thank you for the advice, but even after rebooting the Freebox HD, the problem persists. It tells me that my connection is too weak and cannot support 2 channels at the same time... very strange, as nothing has changed and it has been working fine for 2 years!!! Besides, I have only programmed 1 channel. Error 101.
