Hello,

the 3131 is not working with Free even though it is part of the service in the documentation; is anyone else having the same problem?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

    3131 works with Free, at least at my place ^^

      Free tells me that the incoming call transfer must be deactivated in order to use 3131, so I will check and get back to you with my answer. Thank you!

      I disabled incoming calls by dialing #35# and 3131 is working now, so thank you :))
