Hello,
I am currently following the instructions from this tutorial: http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-12536041-lecteur-windows-media-sur-la-barre-de-tache
to be able to restore Windows Media Player to the taskbar in Windows 7, and at the Command Prompt step, I consistently receive the following message:
"The patati patata module has been loaded successfully, but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80020009.
Search online for patati patata"
I eventually figured out that this is the error code for User Account Control, but I am already the administrator and I don’t see what more I can do to authorize the actions. There is only one account on my computer, and when I try to disable UAC in account management, I can only choose to be notified or not in "Change User Account Control settings".
What should I do?!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 9.0.1

Hello,
In the Qwant search results for this error number, I find this:
I deduce that if I can't create a shortcut in Windows 10 and I get the error 80020009, it’s due to a harassment issue.
Microsoft applications sure hold many surprises.
