    logically, as soon as you receive a message, the phone indicates that the message is incomplete because the message being sent to you is longer than one SMS. So, you first receive the first SMS, which only contains part of the message.

    Wait a few seconds after receiving the message. Normally, you should receive the full message.

    If that doesn't work, I don't know what the issue is.
