Hello,
I have a question here (maybe off-topic in this forum) but concerning the search for a TV distribution solution in a professional environment.
An institution with 30 rooms wishes to provide 1 TV in each room, with individual channel selection (like in hotels and hospitals).
Ideally, with Ethernet connectivity and avoiding a decoder in each room.
Where could I find information on this type of solution?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, you can distribute TNT channels on 30 TVs without a decoder for each TV: a satellite antenna, a reception station equipped with its Fransat card, and a box to remodulate each channel on a classic TNT frequency receivable by each TV independently.
The same possibility exists with TNTsat and Canal+/Canalsat (see Canal's website).
The same possibility is also available with a classic TNT reception.
This distribution method requires the advice of specialists!!!!!

See here and on this site for satellite solutions: http://www.specialistetnt.fr/installateur_tnt_installation_de_solutions_tnt_pour_les_collectivite/fransat_en_collectif.2020.html
Here is the 'bis commutee' solution: http://www.specialistetnt.fr/acces_professionnels/bis_commutee.1822.html
See on this page a professional Fransat distribution, a very interesting article: https://manu8547.wordpress.com/installation-tnt-fransat-pro-en-vendee/

Thank you, Cricri 87, for the advertisement of my blog. Indeed, the Fransat Pro solution would be ideal for satellite quality on this type of distribution, complemented by additional channels via Fransat or others, as we can add other TV and radio channels broadcast freely via satellite for free. But we can also distribute these channels over an Ethernet network via IPTV, with the modules presented in the link you provided; the modules from the manufacturer WISI/a2b do this without any issues. The site installed at this link: http://manu8547.wordpress.com/installation-fransat-pro-au-clos-du-chene-vert/ for example, has modules with an IPTV license, even though it is not currently operational for this functionality since the network is coaxial. The purpose of IPTV in this case is to remotely view the output image from the QPSK/COFDM (SAT/TNT) paths via a 3G router in the case of remote maintenance.

Hello, this is not advertising, but simply the desire to showcase the work of a professional who wants to demonstrate how he works, the projects he can undertake, showing descriptions and very striking photos that can enlighten those who have questions about specific issues: the image speaks volumes!
For your blog: well done! It's a must! And it's a professional telling you this... your blog highlights your skills but also, and I truly believe this, an entire profession that needs to show that there are also real professional antenna installers who do this job seriously and with passion: THANK YOU! -
thank you...
And to get back to the subject, I think the request is only about signal processing and distribution, there is no specified source (UHF antenna, cable network, satellite), the person asking the initial question hasn’t come back to clarify their request. In any case, they are very welcome on my blog, and they shouldn’t hesitate to ask their questions, my contact details are in the quote request tab.

Hello!
A technician can do that for you. Numéricâble can also help. The connection is not Ethernet, but good old coaxial antenna cable. However, without a decoder, the channel package will be limited to just the free channels of TNT. To get more extensive channel packages, you will need 30 decoders. -
Here is a generalist site for enthusiasts, and here we are addressing a complicated subject that should be handled by professionals in the field or knowledgeable individuals, since it concerns a collective TNT (or satellite?) distribution that complies with specific standards and regulations.
On Google, search for "collective antenna technology."-
Moreover, if we are not an installer, it's almost impossible to create a relevant collective installation of type DVB-S>>DVB-T (QPSK>>COFDM) in terrestrial shadow areas or certain hotels, etc.
Be careful with personal installations, sometimes cobbled together; the security commission, on sites open to the public, misses nothing, should they come to inspect the setup...
Conclusion: go through a professional.
