My TV no longer detects my Wii

Hello,
I have a little problem with my Wii, or rather with my TV.
So here it is:
In my room, I have a small flat-screen TV from the brand AKIRA (not a very well-known brand), and when I plug in my Wii, I go to source > Scart. Everything is fine; it works perfectly.
Today, I wanted to connect my Wii to the much larger TV in the living room, which is also a flat screen from the brand SAMSUNG. Since a Scart is already connected to the TV, I removed the Scart plug from the Wii, and there are the three plugs red, white, and yellow, so I connected them to the intended place. I turned on my Wii and went to Source > Ext. (since there's no Scart), but it said "no signal," so I tried the others. Nothing worked, and AV is grayed out, and I also tried "component," but for both there was something like:
"no signal, please reconnect or try again."
Well, I don't really know, but in any case, it's not a problem with my Wii or the cables or anything since it works on the TV in my room. So I was wondering if I needed to go somewhere else in the TV settings. If anyone could help me, that would be really cool… thanks in advance for your responses (useful ones if possible).
