Question

Bonjour à tous,
Depuis quelques jours, mon antivirus (Fsecure securitoo wanadoo) m'indique à chaque ouverture de cession la présence de : trojan.downloader.win32.zlob.amj.
A chaque fois, le dossier concerné (C:\programfiles\strcodec\isaddon.dll.) est renommé/supprimé, mais statu quo.
Depuis, mon ordinateur est très lent, il plante souvent et je suis harcelé de spam, pubs... malgré des recherches et mises en quarantaine via mon antispyware.
Je suis relativement néophyte en informatique, merci d'avance de votre aide.

vas voir ici, et faits un scan en ligne de préférence Panda, (avec Iexplorer) dans un premier temps.

Securitoo est le package antivirus/firewall/antispyware qui m'a été recommandé par france telecom au moment de l'ouverture du compte wanadoo.
Je vais suivre la marche que tu m'as indiquée pour le diagnostic.

Vérifies que tes points de restauration ne sont pas bloqués, c'est la spécialité de Kaspersky ça !
J'ai un dote à cause de ceci:

Avant de faire quoi que ce soit, faudrait """VOIR""" le rapport ewido et hitjackthis depmandé dans e rapport préliminaire de désinfection......................on avancera correctement

Je voudrais savoir si après le scan de Kaspersky tu as encore "Depuis, mon ordinateur est très lent, il plante souvent et je suis harcelé de spam, pubs... "
Ou alors il ya une amélioration ?

J'étais en train de pratiquer les 3 tests (ewido...)
C'est très long avec un ordi qui plante en plein milieu de procédures d'1H30...

Philo : après Kaspersky, il y a un léger mieux (psychologique?) au niveau du plantage, mais au niveau des popups, spams,etc, je ne vois pas vraiment de changement.

J'ai 2 rapports ewido (car l'ordi a planté la 1ere fois juste après la sauvegarde du rapport, en cours de suppression). Voici les deux :

tu le décompresses tu doubles cliques sur smitfraudfix.cmd et tu choisi l option 1 
cela vas générer un rapport. 
Si tu vois des lignes avec PRESENT! Continue la manip qui suit. 

Redémarres le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) et tu choisis le mode sans échec) 

- Ouvre le dossier "SmitfraudFix" et double clic sur "Smitfraudfix.cmd", choisit l’option 2 et tu réponds oui à tout. 

Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum stp.

Je ne sais pas ce que vont penser Marie et Séb08, mais je trouve qu'il y a une quirielle de trucs inutiles et pas indispensable qui tournent sur ton ordi...fichtre !
Tu devrais à mon avis faire un sérieux ménage !

Bonjour!
Oui, je dispose d'un service e-carte bleue.

Je suis largement disposé à faire le ménage, ça me fera de la place...
Mon manque d'expérience et de connaissances en matière d'informatique font que je suis frileux à effacer des fichiers de mon propre chef, craignant d'eradiquer quelque chose de nécessaire...

En ce qui concerne le probleme de fond, j'ai l'impression d'etre bien moins harcele par les fenetres publicitaires; par contre j'ai l'impression que l'ordi rame de plus en plus. J'hésite à redémarer car un collègue m'a dit qu'il avait notion qu'il fallait éviter en cours du traitement d'une infection à cheval de troie car celui ci se dupplique à l'ouverture de cession (????)

Arrête ce service France Telecom Routing Table Service   pour ça fais cette manip :
Démarrer -> executer tape services.msc  clic droit sur le service cité - > propriétés et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « arrêté «  et « désactivé ».

¤Démarre en mode sans échec : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter 
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec
 puis tape « entrée ». 
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal ! 
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

¤Recherche et supprime ceci: 
attention seulement les fichiers en gras (si présents).

¤ Lancer Ewido pour un scan complet (clique sur « scanner » puis sur « complete scan system ») « delete » tout ce qu’il te trouve 
et copie/colle le rapport en forum.

¤ Passe Ad-Aware et supprime tout ce qu’il trouve + supprime les quarantaines…

¤ Passe Spybot et corrige tout ce qu’il trouve + vaccine + supprime les quarantaines…

¤ Lance CCleaner.

Suppression des fichiers temporaires 

Va dans la section "Options" situé dans la marge gauche. Va dans "Avancé" et décoche "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Retourne ensuite dans la section "Nettoyeur" 
Fais bien attention de cocher toutes les cases dans la marge gauche (Internet Explorer/Windows Explorer/Système/Avancé) 
• Clique sur Analyse 
• Patiente le temps du scan, qui peut prendre un peu de temps si c'est la première fois. 
• Une fois le scan terminé, clique sur Lancer le Nettoyage 

Suppression des incohérence du registre 

• Clique sur l'icône Erreurs situés dans la marge à gauche. 
• Puis clique sur Analyser les erreurs 
• Patiente pendant que CCleaner scan ton registre. 
• Une fois le scan terminé, coche toutes les entrèes qu'il t'aura trouvée. 
• Tu peux cliquer ensuite sur Corriger les erreurs.

L'ordi a l'air d'aller un peu mieux.
Il rame encore un peu mais beaucoup moins.
Niveau harcelement publicitaire c mieux aussi.
Mon anti virus a entretemps déniché 2 "hoax" mais je pense qu'ils sont partis en fumée car plus de nouvelle depuis.
Pourvu que ça dure...

Tout roule?! Extra... Merci à seb08, philo2100, et toi, vous m'avez sorti d'un bien mauvais pas et je vous en suis infiniment reconnaissant.

Comme pare-feu, j'ai le kit Securitoo, qui comprend antivirus, firewall et antispyware. Securitoo est une version de F-secure soit disant specialement concue pour le navigateur Wanadoo. Je ne sais pas trop ce que ca vaut en pratique, mais disons que l antivirus a l air de bien faire son boulot, le firewall a tenu environ un an sans se faire violer, l anispyware est bien moins bon que owedo par exemple.

Au niveau de mes soucis, et encore merci de t en preoccuper, pour l instant je ne plante quasiment plus, j ai quelque blocages de demarrage d applis qui doivent etre liees au grand nettoyage de printemps necessaire a la survie du discdur mais que je pense que je devrais reussir à retablir comme un grand avec le disc driver&appli-recovery d'origine.

Restent encore quelques spam sur ma messagerie, ainsi que des pubs intrusives quand j utilse wanadoo comme navigateur (notamment "WINANTISPYWARE" dont la pub s'ouvre à chaque fois); avec firefox j'ai moins ce souci.
Dernier probleme, l'ordi rame encore un peu -bien moins qu il y a une semaine mais quand meme. 

Sinon on fait aller.

Clique sur « scan on line »  suis les instructions.
Et colle le rapport
