Hello,

good evening community

my issue is the following: I have the Kodak Easyshare 712IS and it shows "internal memory full" when I turn it on, even though I have inserted a new 4 GB memory card that it does not recognize. I have never had this kind of problem in four years. Of course, my issue is that I can no longer take photos. When I bought it, there was only a cable that I could connect to the device with two ends: one yellow and one white; there was no USB cable.

What should I do?

Thank you, I found the solution to my problem by disabling the internal memory of the camera, so it recognizes my memory card. The solution was found on a website of others who had this issue before me, thank you.
