Hello,

I'm looking to create a magnifying glass effect, in a circular shape on a photo. It's somewhat like a Jewish eye, which is very commonly used in skateboarding videos, but I would just like to apply it to a photo... Any ideas?

      Does it look like fisheye?
      Type "fisheye effect" into Google and you will probably find a tutorial for your software.

    Good evening
    Depending on the software you have, it will be a "lens" effect or spherization
    Assuming this is the kind of effect you are looking for
