Good evening, I ordered on dudu a week ago, they have charged me the amount for the order, but I still haven't received any email from them stating the tracking number, whether the products were in stock, basically nothing to inform me about the order status.
It's worth noting that it's mission impossible to send them an email........... what should I do???

Note that some parcels have been seized by customs and a buyer was hit with a €4000 fine..
The Chinese claim a seizure rate of 0.3 to 0.4% but what is it really? (The guy who gets caught isn’t going to complain to Im Dudu, which honestly states that it sells 'good' counterfeits!).

I ordered twice, the first time I was missing 3 items and received everything in 18 days (good quality) and the second time I got everything in 14 days even though I had ordered twice as much. Now I've placed an order that has been in preparation for 9 days, I have faith in God so I'm trying not to panic. But I advise you not to order counterfeit items anymore because if you get caught, it's expensive. Once I receive my order, I will stop. There you go, best regards.

J'ai commandé sur ce site et je trouve que c'est très bien fait et la qualité est très bonne sauf pour les survêtements, là c'est la côte qu'ils marquent. Mais sinon, je suis bien et content de mes t-shirts et survêtements Adidas, etc. Cordialement.

Yes, he sends it, no problem, but once it gets blocked by customs, there's no one there, he doesn't respond. The issue is with customs; if they open your package, well, there's no point.

I just took a look at the site:
1) They are Chinese, and it's clearly stated in the "who we are" section
2) All the products they sell are counterfeit!!!
3) If you receive something, it will only be cheap copies, with a quality that is more than dubious!!
4) And above all, pray that the customs officers don’t intercept your package, otherwise
you'll quickly find out what it costs to illegally import counterfeits!!

Ps: And right now, customs is being particularly vigilant at the sorting center in Chilly Mazarin
(Chronopost international sorting and distribution platform)!!
It's normal, Christmas is approaching, so they are stepping up their vigilance for shipments coming from China!

They are so reliable that they change their domain name quite often!!
If you want to get scammed, contact them at their new address they've given!!
And after, don't come back here to complain!!
Dudu and all his clones are Chinese, so it's counterfeiting, and if customs seizes your order, you will lose a lot of money!!
No Chinese site ever refunds anything in case of customs seizure,
and the fine can amount to up to twice the actual value of the product!!
So do as you please!!
