J'ai pas de son sur mon ordinateur après le formatage de celui ci. pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ?

    Avec quel système d'exploitation as-tu formater ton ordinateur ? Bon au cas où tu en as besoin très rapidement vas-y sur ce site web : www.ma-config.com, il va te permettre de détecter tout les pilotes manquants sur ton pc et te proposera de les téléchargés.

    Peux-tu être plus précis, tu as fait un formatage ou une restauration ?

    Si tu as fait un formatage, le manque de son peut être due à la non installation du pilote de la carte son.

      oui effectivement j'ai fait un formatage de l'ordinateur (je signal que je n'avais plus accès à aucun programme surtout "ajout/suppression de programme" dans le panneau de configuration). le truc c'est que j'ai plus le cd driver de l'ordinateur.

      Installe les pilotes Realtek AC97, si ta carte son intégré est une realtek biensur...
      Sinon c'est peut-être le service Windows Audio qui est pas lancé...

      je crois bien que j'ai déjà activé Windows audio alors le problème pourrait être autre part ?

    j'ai fait la détection avec www.ma-config.com et il y'a une série de pilote qu'il me reste à télécharger. vous pensez que ça pourrait resourdre le problème si je les téléchargeais? (je me suis limité au rapport). si vous poste le rapport pourrait vous aidez à me rendre service je le ferais sans problème.

    Ce qui est affiché là sont les détailles de tout les pilotes de ton pc, alors ce que toi tu feras c'est télécharger ce qui n'est pas installer souvent c'est en rouge.

    Voici la procédure, quand tu accèdes sur le site à la droite de ton écran on te propose de faire détection (Démarrer la détection) tu cliques là, après avoir cliquer là tu vas te rendre sur une page où on te propose une détection manuelle de 32 bits et anciens systèmes, sélectionne DÉTECTION MANUELLE DE 32 bits on va te proposer un téléchargement du fichier ma-config, télécharge le fichier et installe l'exécutable après l'installation va dans "Tous les programme, trouve le dossier ma-config à l'intérieur de ce dossier trouve le fichier ma-config soit le fichier détection ou encore tout raccourci web que tu trouveras dans le dossier" à partir de la page qui va s'ouvrir sur le web tu verras qu'il va spécifier chaque pilote et un lien de téléchargement.

    Bonjour Sarah,
    tu as un optiplex 330 DT à ce que j'en ai lu du pavé envoyé.
    il n'y a pas de pilotes pour win7 dispos en telechargement, mais tu trouveras les pilotes xp et vista sur http://www.dell.fr/support
    la derniere version de bios est A10 (toi tu es en A03), tu peux en profiter pour faire la mise a jour
    la methodologie fournie par globydiss est celle a suivre
    voila la liste des composants de ce systeme, ce qui peut t'aider dans ta recherche de pilotes:
