I would like to download mp3s legally, but I don't know anything about it, so I would like your opinion on the different websites that exist, which one you would recommend, the prices, which site is cheaper, which one is the easiest to use, etc.

And for non-free music, you can go to the websites of the major labels, which now all have very large online catalogs. Prices start at around 1 euro per track.
It all depends on the music you like; there are tons of smaller sites that specialize in the online distribution of independent labels. They often work by genre... there are some of very high quality, but you have to search a bit.
