Hello, in high school I would like to put my notes on my calculator but it is too long. Can we do it by transferring a file from the computer, like Notepad, to the calculator?

You install TI-Connect on your PC: https://education.ti.com/fr/products/computer-software/ti-connect-sw
And you also install TIPE on your PC:

Then, you open TIPE.exe and write your lesson. You save the program and then go to TI-Connect to transfer this program to your calculator (into RAM).
