Problème d'installation

Bonjour,

voila comme indiqué dans l'objet du poste, j'ai un problème d'installation d'un logiciel (à savoir COMSOL). en fait, j'aimerai l'installer sur un serveur à partir de ma machine virtuelle (ubuntu). quand je lance l'installation, je reçois le message suivant:
