Facebook: disable auto group addition

Hello,
The title says it all, I did some research on Google but I couldn't find any conclusive results, so I would like to know if any of you could help me by telling me if there is a way to disable automatic additions to a Facebook group. I'm starting to get a little fed up with getting stupid additions or ones that don't concern me (I obviously warn the people who send them but some don't always understand or don't mean to do any harm) even though I remove myself afterward, but this shows up on my friends' homepage and it's not great. Otherwise, a way to hide this kind of post from my contacts' homepage would be welcome.

Best regards, thank you in advance!

ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION: you cannot. Your friends have the right to add you to a group, and you cannot take that right away from them. However, you have the right to leave that group, and they will no longer be able to force you into it.

You need to select the option "leave the group permanently."
