Hello
I've had a problem since yesterday. My computer completely froze yesterday (I couldn't do anything), so I tried to turn it off by holding the power button for 3 seconds. Since then, when I turn it back on, I get a black screen with the message "Windows did not start correctly..." with options for normal startup or safe mode. I've already tried all possibilities, but every time, I end up with a black screen and a blinking white cursor in the top left corner, and I can't do anything
What do you think could be the issue??
Thanks in advance

So I just had the exact same problem
I totally crashed the computer the night before last, so I turned it off by pressing the button for 5 seconds
and then when I turned it back on, the screen was black with a blinking dash
I just found an answer, whether it's the right one I don't know but it worked for me
Have you recently connected any USB devices (hard drive, flash drive,....)?
I had a USB flash drive plugged in, I just removed it and everything started working normally again
There you go, I hope this helps a few people
Bye

I'm disgusted, I reinstalled everything the first time because of that!
And on the second try, I do some research and come across this solution, Grrr...
Thank you for posting :)
