Hello, I am trying to install two updates on my Windows 7 and I get the following error message: windowsupdate_dt000. With Windows Help and Support, I tried to resolve the issues preventing the updates, but without success.

    Good evening,
    You can try installing these 2 updates manually by downloading them directly from the Microsoft website.
    Do a search on the internet by typing microsoft + KB ... (KB followed by numbers being the update number).

    You will likely get a more detailed error message.

    What are the titles of these updates? If they concern the .NET Framework, you can ignore what I said before...
