Ubuntu problème de téléchargement

Bonjour,
Voila on a formater mon ordinateur mais ce n'est plus windows vista mais Ubuntu. Et depuis que je l'ai formater je n'arrive plus a télécharger que ce soit des films , fichier , etc.A chaque téléchargement lorque je veut exécuter l'application (ou oucrir un fichier ) un message apparait :

une erreur s'est produite durant le chargement de l'archive
