M'empeche d'ouvrir la boite "outils d diagnostic" . S'agit-il des viruses?

J'ai arrêté après une heure. mais peut-être que je manip mal; En mode sans échec j'ai ne pas pu prendre Jenel, mais en cliquant sur la liaison htpp img etc une image est apparu qui décharge un CFScript (qu'il l'a trouvé seul?) dans Combofix.

J'ai eu du mal a redemarer l'ordi....

1. Télécharge http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/393-the-avenger-by-swandog46/ par Swandog46 sur ton Bureau.

* Décompresse le fichier
* avenger.exe sur le bureau

2. Copie le contenu en gras ci-dessous (CTRL+C),

3. Maintenant, lance The Avenger par clic droit, exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.

* Faites un clic droit sur la fenêtre sous "Input Script There":, Et choisissez Coller.A présent du dois avoir le script dans la fenétre blanche d' Avenger.
* Clique sur Exécuter
* Réponds "Yes" quand demandé.

4. The Avenger va automatiquement faire ce qui suit:

* Il va Redémarrer le système.
* Pendant le redémarrage, il apparaitra brièvement une fenêtre de commande de windows noire sur le bureau, c'est normal.
* Après le redémarrage, il crée un fichier log qui s'ouvrira, faisant apparaitre les actions exécutées par The Avenger. Ce fichier log se trouve ici : C:\avenger.txt

5. Pour finir copie/colle le contenu du ficher c:\avenger.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur le site pjjoint.malekal.com ou cijoint.fr ou toofiles puis copie/colle le lien fournit dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Passe ça : https://www.malekal.com/adwcleaner-supprimer-virus-adwares-pup/ Et fais directement l'option suppression.Post le rapport.

Apres refais un scan Zhpdiag heberges le rapport et postes le lien.

On va y arriver........;)

Pour éliminer les programmes de désinfections.

* Téléchargez : DelFix sur votre bureau.
* Lancez le, cliquez sur suppression.
* Patientez pendant le scan jusqu'à l'ouverture du rapport.
* Postez le contenu du rapport dans votre prochaine réponse sur le forum.

* Note : Le rapport se trouve sous C:\DelFixSearch.

desactive ton antivirus
desactive Windows defender si présent
desactive ton pare-feu

Ferme toutes tes appilications en cours

telecharge et enregistre ceci sur ton bureau :

Pre_Scan

mirroir :

s'il n'est pas sur ton bureau coupe-le de ton dossier telechargements et colle-le sur ton bureau

Avertissement: Il y aura une extinction du bureau pendant le scan --> pas de panique.

une fois telechargé lance-le , laisse faire le scan jusqu'à l'apparition de "Pre_scan.txt" sur le bureau.

si 'outil est bloqué par l'infection utilise cette version : Version .pif

si l'outil detecte un proxy et que tu n'en as pas installé clique sur "supprimer le proxy"

si l'outil semble ne pas avoir fonctionné renomme-le winlogon , ou change son extension en .com ou .scr

Il se peut qu'une multitude de fenêtres noires clignotent , laisse-le travailler

Poste Pre_Scan_la_date_et_l'heure.txt qui apparaitra sur le bureau en fin de scan

Très rapidement:

* Lent au démarrage : 2 minutes
* L'outil "test de diagnostic du lecteur optique introuvable " (j'ai des problèmes de reconnaissance de DVD, de lire, graver DVD et faire tourner W movie maker...)

Quel suite?
l y a trop des logiciels... Uniblue Registry Booster, est-il util?

Uniblue Registry Booster===>Tu peux le retirer car ce genre de programme met le bazar dans le systéme.

rends toi sur ce site et fais les maj des drivers===>https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29
En bas de la page clic sur lancer la détection et laisses toi guider.

Cher Nanard,
Ca démarre, j'ai mes mails, internet, etc. J'ai encore des problèmes avec DVD, mouvie ... mais j'espère dans un miracle en mettant les drivers ... En tout cas je t'en remercie pour le temps que tu as passé avec moi, un vieux innocent. J'ai déduit qu'un « helper » est un « ange gardien ». Je te suivis à la lettre sans comprendre qu'une partie des manips, une désintoxication. Je ne sais pas s'il y avait des virus, si le fameux pcdr5cuiw 32 est ou non un virus, et s'il est nécessaire dans le fonctionnement de l'utile dépannage, qui manque d'ailleurs. Mais en fin, on peut vivre très bien sans un bras, car comme tu dis si bien car « Le cerveau a des capacités tellement étonnantes qu'aujourd'hui pratiquement tout le monde en a un ». Cependant « la machine » progresse ; et il faudrait reconnaitre qu'on a eu du mal à la mettre par terre ; de même j'ai du mal à la gagner aux échecs, car même si elle ne réfléchie, elle va vite.
Maintenant tu me connais. Je ne sais pas qui tu es, mais j'espère que tu n'es pas une « machine » Tu as passé beaucoup de temps avec moi, même le soir tard.... Je tiens à te remercie pour ta patience et ton savoir mis au service des innocents !

pcdr5cuiw 32 fait partie intégrante du programme pc doctor que tu peux virer car totalement inefficace.

Ta machine est saine de toute infections ce qui devrais te permettre de gagner au échecs.

Tu dois aussi mettre à jour tous tes autres programmes pour combler des failles de sécurité... Vérifie les mises disponibles à l'aide de ce petit programme (choisis la version sans installation) : Update Checker https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/9908-filehippo-app-manager-vos-logiciels-sont-ils-a-jour
Installe le avec les paramètres par défaut en cliquant chaques fois sur Suivant.

Une fois installé, patiente quelques secondes et tu verras apparaître une icône verte dans ta barre des tâches te signalant qu'il y a des mises à jour disponibles.

Double-cliques sur l'icône pour être redirrigé sur le site de téléchargement des mises à jour.

* Un conseil : n'installe pas les BETA

* Téléchargez : DelFix sur votre bureau.
* Lancez le, cliquez sur suppression.
* Patientez pendant le scan jusqu'à l'ouverture du rapport.
