EAN 13 Barcode Generation

Question

Hello,
I work for a production company and I want to sell DVDs on Amazon. Our company is a member of GS1 France which provided us with GTIN 13 codes. However, I don't know how to create the EAN 13 barcodes that are required for selling on Amazon.

If someone can help me...
