Hello,

I can no longer download videos on Mozilla with DownloadHelper, the mini arrow is gone and when I click on the colorful balls it directs me to links for other sites. Can someone help me? Thank you

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Of course, I have always downloaded videos from this site. And to confirm, I can't even download from YouTube.

Hi,

Right-click on the DownloadHelper icon, and go to "Preferences".
Then check "Show in the status bar", and you'll find the icon with the little arrow at the bottom (to the left in the status bar) of Firefox.
