Bonjour,
J'ai ennormement de soucis avec mon ordinateur et j'aimerais bien pouvoir les résoudres. Je m'explique :
Mon ordinateur plante tout le temps, principalement des écrans bleues pendant mes jeux. Un amis m'a conseiller de changer de disque dur, mais sa n'a absolument rien changer. C'est arrivé comme sa d'un coup je ne comprends pas. Je ne sais pas si sa a un rapport mais lorsque je fais des transferts de fichiers, mon ordinateur fige aussi de temps en temps.Je ne comprends pas du tout et des moments mon ordinateur désactive tous les ports usb. Tous mes drivers sont à jour et j'ai même nettoyé mon ordinateur.

Si vous pourriez m'aider sa serrait vraiment gentil je suis desepéré. J'ai fais mon projet de fin d'étude avec cet ordinateur pas stable et c'est plus que chiant :(

Merci de votre réponse très rapide, j'ai télécharger le logiciel et voici ce qu'il me dit :
