Hello,

I'm sorry I can't help you. There are too many differences between European and North American markets.

In Europe, there are remote control brands that offer replacement controllers that are almost identical to the original controller. Others provide a small utility that allows you to determine if a certain model of device from a certain brand has a code intended to make it work.
Unfortunately, these remote controls
- ignore devices that are not marketed in Europe and therefore Wal-Mart in particular.
- do not seem to be marketed in North America, or if they are, it's under a different brand.

I searched in vain; I found nothing similar for North America.

Hello,

Only someone with this remote control and this Home Cinema could answer you with a yes or no.
The people in this situation must be few, and you would be really lucky if one of them saw your message.

So rather use the search method explained in your remote control's manual.
I think it's this one https://mesnotices.20minutes.fr/manuel-notice-mode-emploi/WELLTECH/40085-_F

Hello,

Explaining, yes. Helping you, unfortunately not.

The so-called universal remotes are factory pre-programmed during their manufacturing.
If no program corresponding to your demo has been entered, there's nothing to be done.

Some remotes, known as learning remotes, do allow you to introduce a new program by copying the one from the original remote, provided of course that it is in working order.
