Doodle Jump Codes

Hello. I downloaded the PC version of Doodle Jump, and I want to enter the codes, but I can't change my name anymore... how do I do it? They used to ask me before, but not anymore. Please help me!

    Well, on my phone, it only asks for my name when I break my record.
