Problème avec internet explorer et firefox
Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps j'ai un problème reccurent (je suis sur win XP2) : lorsque je navigue sur internet que ce soit avec Internet explorer ou firefox, un message apparait quelques secondes après l'ouverture du navigateur : "firefox.exe (ou i.explore.exe) a rencontré un problème et doit fermer. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour le désagrément encouru." Ce message apparait tjs après que le PC cherche à charger qqchose (diode de travail du disque dur qui clignote et sablier apparaisssant près de la flèche de la souris). je pensais que ça pouvait venir d'un plug-in (type macromedia flash) mais j'ai desactivé les extensions tierce partie du navigateur dans les options internet mais ça non plus ça ne change rien.
Le plus bizarre c'est que ça ne m'empeche absolument pas de continuer à aller sur n'importe quel site après si je décide de garder ce message dans un coin du bureau (et que je ne clique pas sur ne pas envoyer).
J'ai essayé de faire un scan avec mon antivirus (avast!) et avec mes spywares (adaware et spybot) mais ça n'a rien changé du tout. Mon Pc est clean, defragmenté et j'ai fait un chkdsk!
Je n'ai pas desinstallé IE6 parce que comme ça me fait la même chose avec firefox je ne pense pas que cela vienne de ça.
Vous avez une idée d'où ça peut venir?

télécharges hijackthis:
Téléchargement de HijackThis
Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-cliques droit sur le bureau, nouveau dossier, installes-le dedans.
Lance le, cliques sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copies et colles le rapport ici. -

Relance HijackThis, choisis " do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clique en bas sur "fix checked"

Clique sur demarrer, rechercher, cherche et supprime ces fichiers:

si un fichier persiste lors de la suppression fais ceci:
-Redemarres ton pc, dès l'allumage de celui ci tapotes la touche f8, à l'ecran qui va apparaitre choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu.. puis vas supprimer les fichiers/dossiers, vides ta corbeille et redemarres normalement
Puis fait ça:
Telecharge, installe puis mets à jour ce logiciel, une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton systeme et colle le rapport ici avec un nouveau rapport hijackthis

Choisir l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copier-coller ce dernier dans un message sur le forum.

Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du PC sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Relance le programme Smitfraud,
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
Sauvegarde le rapport, redémarre en mode normal, copie-colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum.

Fait ce nettoyage: (a faire regulierement)
¤Telecharges et installes ceci, dans la colonne de gauche cliques sur "erreurs" coches toutes les cases, puis cliques en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, cliques sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs

¤Relance Ccleaner ,vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoches la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis cliques sur "lancer le nettoyage"
