problème accès internet

Question

Bonjour à tous,

Après plusieurs recherches sur Internet, je me permets de vous solliciter n'ayant toujours pas trouver de solutions.

Je n'arrive plus à me connecter sur Internet alors que ma dartybox fonctionne et que la connexion WIFI apparait comme connecté sur mon ordinateur. (Ca ne marche pas non plus avec la connexion Ethernet)

Après avoir fait un diagnostique, le message suivant apparait "Il semble que l'ordinateur soit correctement configuré, mais le périphérique ou la ressource (www.microsoft.com) ne répond pas"

Si vous avez une solution, je suis preneur !

essayez de faire une restauration système à une date antérieure au problème.

Lol merci j'avais déjà essayé mais je ne sais pas ou est passé ma première sauvegarde que j'avais précieusement garder... bref, je ne peux donc pas effectuer une restauration système et le problème est apparut soudainement ( la veille, il marchait très bien mais le lendemain a l'allumage impossible de se connecter). Je ne pense pas que ce soit un problème matériel ( carte réseau) car j'apparais comme connecter au réseau sans problème apparent mais lorsque j'essaye de lancer mon navigateur ( Firefox, chrome, internet explorer, safari...) une page s'affiche comme quoi la connexion a échoué et qu'il est impossible de me connecter au site ( quelque chose dans le genre).
Je vous supplie donc de me m'aider s'il vous plait!

bonsoir,

sur le pc qui ne se connecte pas, clic sur démarrer => exécuter => tapez CMD 
une fenêtre va s'ouvrir, tapez ipconfig /all 

Attention, il y a une espace entre le g et / 



ensuite la mettre sur votre clé usb, puis passez par ce site

clic sur parcourir, sélectionnez votre photo, copiez le code, puis clic sur envoyer, copier le lien qui vous sera donnez, et le coller dans votre prochain message.
