Hello, a few days ago I downloaded this software. I want to convert a video to PSP and I'm getting told during the conversion that it can't be converted. I looked on forums and my problem is that I can't download the FFmpeg files.

Hello,
If your operating system is 64-bit, the latest version of this software will not work precisely because of FFmpeg :(
So either you try to find an older version, personally I have 4.0.0.20, or you use another software capable of converting to the PSP format such as Format Factory, XMedia Recode, Free Video Converter (be careful this software may limit the duration of the files to be converted), FreeMake Video Converter, Internet Video Converter, MediaCoder, SUPER and many others.
For HandBrake, the latest versions no longer do this by default, so you'll have to configure it manually, or take version 0.9.3 which allowed it: http://www.filehippo.com/download_handbrake/changelog/4924/
