Clip converter issue

Hello,
On the Clip Converter site, I sometimes get this message when I want to convert a media http://..., a replay video to MP4 online: "Sorry, we can currently not record this!" What does it mean, please? It sometimes works very well for the same type of video, but then for 1 out of 5 videos I get this message, "Sorry, we can currently not record this!" It's incredible, I don't know if this site works that well, sometimes it works well with the conversion ticket in progress or sometimes there's nothing to do, it doesn't work; what could be the reason?

Yes, but how do you explain that for other episodes of the same series it worked very well for 5 out of 6 episodes? The conversion ticket went smoothly and there's one episode that's impossible! Quite strange, isn't it?
