Cartoon that was broadcast on MCM

Hello, I’m looking for an animated show that aired on MCM. It takes place in a futuristic world with a group of young people. They live on their own. They have kind of propulsion skateboards, and their homes are like tall towers. One of the characters has an Italian accent and a dog, and another one is in love with his girlfriend and says "my baby doll." If you could tell me the title of the series, that would be great, thanks in advance.
