Il suffit simplement d'installer ubuntu comme un programme directement depuis windows...

Pas de problèmes, Windows 7 est bien plus lourd que Ubuntu...
Tu peux peut-être le mettre en dual boot dans un premier temps, afin de voir s'il te convient... Vois ici :
