Convert .exe file to .inf file

Hello,

I’m new to Linux and I would like to convert a .exe file to a .inf file (if possible, a software on Windows that could do it).

    Hello,

    An .exe file is an executable binary file (which calls functions from the OS).
    An .inf file is a text file used to configure/install a component of Windows.

    These two types of files have nothing to do with each other. Unless I'm mistaken, what you're asking is impossible.
