My phone got soaked with syrup

Hello, I have a huge problem: a bottle of strawberry syrup that was in my bag spilled on my phone. Once I realized, it was too late; the phone was soaked in syrup. I didn’t think to remove the battery right away, but later I did, it was turned off, I cleaned it because the syrup had entered the phone, of course. This morning I turned it back on and the result is that the keys don’t work anymore to go back etc. I can’t access my messages, I can’t call, only the touchscreen still works. The syrup sticks and I can’t clean it properly, I really don’t know how to do it, given that my phone is one week old and it’s a Samsung Galaxy 551 with the side slide and the AZERTY keyboard.
