Programme inutile dans mon pc

Bonjour, je souhaite me debarrasser des programme inutile qui pourissent mon pc mais je ne suis pas une pro de l'informatique, disont je me debrouille.cepandant Dans ma "machine" j'ai beaucoup de "truc" donc je ne connait pas la provenance.pouriez vous m'aidez a suprimer les programme inutile.
