Erreur au demarrage de Word 2008 Mac OSFermé

Question

Bonjour, 

depusi pres d'un mois, a chaque fois que j'ouvre Word 2008 sur mon mac je recois le message d'erreur suivant : "microsoft word a detecté un probleme et doit etre fermé, veuillez nous excuser de ce desagrément"

Je ne sais pas quelle est la cause de cette erreur. Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider a resoudre ce probleme ?

Bonjour,

Pour savoir si c'est un problème de fichiers de préférence, je te suggère de créer un nouveau compte utilisateur et de lancer Word.
Si cela se passe bien, alors il y a un problème de fichiers préférence dans le compte habituel.
Si cela se comporte à l'identique, alors il faudra très certainement supprimer puis réinstaller Office depuis ton CD/DVD Office 2008.

J'ai deja desinstalle/reinstalle Office la semiane derniere mais rine n'y fait, le probleme persiste. Penses-tu que bien que je l'ai deja fait, ca puisse quand meme etre un probleme de fichiers de preference ?

Pour etre plus precis, des que je clique sur un fichier word pour l'ouvrir, j'ai le signalement d'erreur ci-dessus, puis une page vierge s'ouvre a la place de mon fichier (word s'ouvre quand meme mais impossible d'y ouvrir un fichier dedans)

Je te conseille si tu utilise un mac de ne pas prendre Office mais plutôt Iwork qui fonctionne plus que bien avec un Mac. Je possède moi même un Mac et je trouve qu'après un peu de pratique on s'y fait vite et je trouve maintenant les logiciels plus simple a utiliser.

Contrairement à ce que ton message peut laisser penser, la déinstallation d'Office, même faite dans les règles de l'art, c'est à dire en utilisant l'outil "Supprimer Office", ne supprime pas les fichiers de préférences. C'est d'ailleurs pour ça que la désinstallation/réinstallation des applications est un sport qu'on ne pratique pas tellement sur Mac (on laisse ça aux cousins windowsiens).

Dans l'immédiat, il faut commencer par identifier la cause du problème. La première chose à faire, comme l'a signalé _Ritchi_, c'est de tester sur un nouveau compte utilisateur Mac OS X, pour déterminer si l'origine du problème se situe dans le compte utilisateur (et donc probablement dans les préférences et/ou le document "Normal.dotm") ou plutôt au niveau système/application/extensions/polices.

Dis-nous aussi ce qui se passe lorsque tu lances Word en tenant la touche majuscule enfoncée...

Oui, bien sûr. Il faut aller dans le panneau de préférences système "Comptes" et créer un nouveau compte (tout propre, il n'est là que pour faire le test, après on le supprimera) puis ouvrir une session avec ce nouveau compte. Cela permet de déterminer si l'origine du problème se situe dans le compte utilisateur habituel.
