Bonjour,
I am currently looking for a password that I lost on a website I haven't accessed in a long time.
The problem is, when I go to the 'forgot password' section and enter my email address, I do not receive my login credentials because my current email address, on 'hotmail', is not the one I registered with, which is a tele2.fr address.
However, I cannot find a website where I can access a tele2.fr email service, so I don't know how I can retrieve my password.
Thank you to anyone who can help me ;)

Hello
I see two solutions to your issue!
1) Write to the site administrator and tell them that you have changed your ISP and therefore cannot retrieve your forgotten password!
2) Create a new account and then ask the admin to delete the old one! Or ask them for the password!

Thank you
No, actually I don't want to delete the old one because I have private messages on it that I wanted to read.
Isn't there a solution to get my tele2.fr messaging? -
So ask him to find your old username so he can give you your forgotten password!
Or try to see if you can still access the tele2.fr messaging, you never know, it might still work!

Well, I just can't find the tele2.fr messaging link where you can log in and read your messages.
I've tried entering my address in "Email," but my inbox is empty. -
I tried to enter my address in "Email" but my inbox is empty
So can you land in your tele2 box?
Then do a test with your new ISP, send an email to your old tele2 address and see the result whether or not tele2 still supports it?
And if that's the case, it would mean that the admin hasn't sent you back your password! I can only see that!
Then as mentioned in the first response, try to register again with a new username and once on the site, write to the admin to tell them your issue and that you want to recover your first username with your forgotten password!!
