Pas de page authentification neuf wifi

Bonjour,
J'aarive à me connecter à un hotspot neufwifi mais qd je lance firefox il n'y a pas de page d'authentification. Et même en rentrant manuellement l'adresse https://hotspot.neuf.fr/ je peux rentrer mes codes mai après rien ne se passe. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?
Avant tout marchait bien et je tombais direct sur la page d'authentification !!!
