Bonjour,
Excuse mon ecriture! Je suis ecossaise!
Je vien de demanager depuis qq mois! J' avais orange internet avec wifibox et un adress a l epouque finisent avec @wanadoo.fr!
En arrivent dans ma nouvelle dept. Je croyait la transfer aller etre simple et je pouvais garde tout pareil com avec une numero tel fix mais quand J ai demander pour avoir mon internet a mon nouvelle adress Orange m ont dit il faut prend un nouvel adress finisent avec orange.fr alors j'ai demande que je voulais pas perd acces a mon ancien address il mont expliquer que je pouvais la garder en " acces libre"
Apres tout se derouler bien je avait mon nouvelle connection qui fontion bien dans ma nouvelle deptament et j avait acces a mes 2 compte e mail sur mon ordi.............Jusq hier soir!!!!! :-((( ou en tout cas j ai cru la 1 ere fois cetais just la connection - bref auj hui avec toujours la meme souci je vien d appel orange!!!!!!
MON dieu la service clientel d orange est grave -si cest ca la service client? deja s en fou d les problem client et pire me dit avec voix sans concerne "peux rien faire" !!!!
J ai epliquer que l autre e mail orange.fr fonction et que mon ancien je m en servi tout les jours et que quand meme cetai la truc la plus important j ai demander a garde mon ancien e mail quand jai demanager!!!!! bref comment faire la pire cest je viens perd qq tres proche dans ma famille recement est j ai reallement des chose tres chere mon couer dans les e mail, photos etc que au moin je veux recouperer - je m enfiche d garde la adress
EST CE QUE QQ UN IDEA???????????

I'm going to try to help you because you made the effort to write in french. Your message is really understandable, but I'm not sure I'll be able to solve your your problem, because when a system stops working without any changes having been made, its not easy to find out what's wrong. First of all, I've to know what e-mailer you're using. And if you've got some antivirus or parental control running. Unfortunately, I've known some people encountering problems after installing the Orange communication kit. I don't even know how to solve these except by uninstalling it, but you'd have to install all the communication stuff by hand and I'm not even sure you'll recover your to email accounts.
What I simply propose to you, if not already done is to try to read (and use) your wanadoo.fr under a webmail navigator.
To do so, you simply open your navigator and write www.orange.gr in the adress zone.
You'll find an "Identify yourself" on the up-left side.
Press it
You'll be asked for your login and password. Enter those you used to set your wanadoo.fr account.
If everything is ok, you'll open your current mailbox and will be able to delete some of them, control the junk messages and even to write new ones.
That will offer you a solution without tweaking the parameters of your communication modules.
Maybe after that we will consider to find out a way to use your to identities under your e-mailer.
One more word. Ther is no service at Orange, only an accounting department.
