PS2 black screen...

Hello,
Here’s the problem:
My slim Playstation 2 is no longer displaying any image. In fact, it starts up fine (the light comes on, the disc spins...) but there’s no picture (though I know there’s a video signal because the TV no longer shows "No signal"). I have checked the video cable (red, white, yellow), I even tried using the video cable from my PS1 (which is the same as the one for my PS2). Nothing works: black screen, with or without a game, it's the same. I did some research and it seems there might be fuses that need to be replaced to get it working again. I opened up my PS2, but I couldn't find those so-called fuses. The connector for the video cable doesn't seem damaged.

Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks.

I haven't tried. I plug my PS2 directly without a SCART adapter. That said, I don't think there would be a difference.

You can always try!! It doesn't cost anything.

Good evening, even with the Scart adapter? Photo here.
