Looking for Brazilian song

First of all, hello everyone, I am desperately looking for a song that has a mix of bossa and reggae and starts with onomatopoeias (like ou ou ou ou ou....). This song is really well-known, I was almost sure it was by Gilberto Gil but after searching I’m not so sure anymore. In the meantime, if it's not him, it’s really the same type of voice and music. One last detail, this song is at least 10 years old because I was listening to it in 2001-2002.

Thank you for all your efforts, but it’s really not there; it’s all acoustic with the entire beginning of the song that isn’t sung but "ou ou té," and I’m still quite stuck on Gilberto Gil.
