Hello,

my company is considering purchasing a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). I was advised to try Optimaint, which is very simple and very powerful.
Do you use this software?

    Hello,

    What is surprising in your message is that there is already a link to Optimaint's commercial site, and you are already stating that it is powerful and simple. Could you be a salesperson for this software and are you perhaps trying to advertise on this forum?

    On the other hand, if you find so many positive comments about Maintexpress, it may be because it is sold by maintenance people and not salespeople.

    Now, have you tested anything other than Optimaint? It is not very easy to form an opinion without testing, which I was able to do two years ago before choosing Maintexpress. I tested Carl, which is a good product but not within my budget, and Mister Maint, which has a very nice design but is not very customizable,....

    What are you expecting from this topic, if you have already chosen your CMMS?

    Positive remarks to advertise Optimaint or genuine exchanges about a maintenance management tool?

    For my part, I was happy with Minimaint for years, and today I use Maintexpress and I am satisfied both with the software and with the service and the contact I can have with them.

    Hello,

    We tested Optimaint a year ago like many others, but we found it to be more powerful with better customer service at Maintexpress. Today, after a year of service, we really do not regret our choice. They spent a lot of time helping us, and today we don’t just have a CMMS, we have our CMMS, and that makes all the difference.

    Good luck with your process, it's never easy.

    I too have been very satisfied since I started using the GMAO Maintexpress, and the software is well-developed. Moreover, the team is very friendly. We are dealing with professionals.

    The answers for the Maintexpress software are so good that I understood that you work for this company.
    I saw your software, but it doesn't really inspire me.
