Bonjour,
Je possède un PC HP depuis presque deux ans maintenant et depuis quasiment le début je rencontre des problèmes avec internet.
Tout à commencé avec les mise a jour windows qui m'ont fait installé internet explorer 8. Lorsque je l'ai installer internet ne marchait plus je suis donc revenu à Internet Explorer 7.
Ensuite, que j'aille sur des sites comme facebook ou autre j'ai souvent des messages d'erreur de connexion qui se règle après avoir actualisé la page
Néanmoins, et c'est ici que le problème est plus pénible c'est que je ne peux ni télécharger itunes, ni google chrome, ni windows live messenger, ni n'importe quel mise à jour car le pc me dit que je ne suis pas connecté à Internet alors que je peux surfer presque normalement.
Un exemple lorsque je veux télécharger google chrome, le pc m'envoie ce message:

Bonjour, Je ne suis p as certain que de revenir en arrière soit une bonne chose (d'IE 8 vers IE 7). De plus IE 8 fonctionne très bien et corrige les nombreuses erreurs de la version précédente (comme toute màj de logiciel.
Ensuite, quand vous installez une nouvelle version, elle reprend les paramètres de connexion de l'ancienne, ce qui fait que vous n'avez pas à les réintroduire. Et en général, ca repart comme avant.

Réessayez une installation de IE 8 à un autre emplacement dans les dossiers "programmes". Changez en au besoin en créant un nouveau dossier quand cela vous sera demandé au moment de l'installation.
Vérifier quand vous lancerez Internet Explorer qu'il lancera bien IE8 (dans le menu dôté d'un point d'interrogation du navigateur, vous pouvez vérifier la version.
Vous aurez donc deux Internet Explorer et n'utiliserez que la version 8, si elle fonctionne. Pour être sûr de toujours lancer celle-là, aller dans le dossier que vous aviez créé à linstallation (dan "programmes") et par clic-droit sur l'icone du programme internet explorer "envoyer vers bureau, créer un raccourci".
Sinon, vous pouvez télécharger un autre navigateur (comme Chrome, Safari ou Opera) pour faire d'autres essais. Un seul suffit.
Ceci dit si ca ne fonctionne pas avec l'un, il n'y a pas de raison qu'un autre fonctionne.
Mais ce n'est pas gênant d'avoir plusieurs navigateurs. Vous pourrez toujours les désinstaller par la suite
