Impossible d'installer un logiciel

Bonjour,

The system could not find the environment option that was entered.

A chaque fois j'essaye d'installer une application comme "tune up utilities" ou une application pour corriger le regedit j'y arrive pas. En fait je ne peux rien installer sur mon PC. J'ai recu un message comme ceci:

ShellExecuteEx failed; code 203.
The system could not find the environment option that was entered.

Aide moi a resoudre ce probleme s'il vous plait.
