Bonjour, j'ai formaté mon pc HP 550 et je n'ai plus de son.
j'ai été sur le site de hp et rien de bon, il ya des ? jaunes sur controleur audio et sur periferie inconnue
merci de bien vouloir m'aider

    Salut, tu as vérifier que tu n'as pas le son en 'Muet' ? Que les périfériques de tes hauts-parleurs ou écouteur soit branché au bon endroit avec les bonnes définition dans tes options ?

    Bonsoir,

    Télécharge et installe --> AIDA64 extreme, ensuite pour le rapport regarde --> ici, copie et colle-le dans ton prochain post. Pour le rapport, arrête --> après le DMI.

    PS : supprime l'adresse e-mail si présente dans le rapport.

    non, les sons ne sont pas muet et j'ai des ? jaunes sur le périferique audio.pas pas de pilote audio si je vois bien.
    c'est le pilote à instaler que je ne retrouve pas

    Bonjour aide,
    Il existe une quarantaine de produits HP 550 dans la marque !!!
    C'est la raison pour laquelle kaneagle, que je salue au passage, te demande de poster un rapport afin de réellement déterminer de quoi il est question.
    Tu précises pouvoir identifier ton matériel, très bien, c'est en fait ce qu'il attend de toi !
    Poster le rapport demandé, ou à la limite, nous donner les références exactes de ta machine.

    Si le SP3 est installé, télécharge et installe ce pilote --> audio

    Si non, commence par installer --> ceci et par la suite le pilote audio.

      parfait j'ai le son. mais je ne sais pas ce que sais que le sp3 qui devrais être installé avant. j'ai installé le pilote et ça refusé.je recommencé par installé le second truc avant d'installer le pilote qui une nouvelle fois m'a envoyé le même message d'ereur mais cette fois je n'ai pas annulé l'opération mais j'ai ignoré. les choses sont en ordre et la musique peux chauffer.merci beaucoup kaneagle
