Yeah, you have a problem with a software..
Try this and let me know if your problem still occurs
¤ Download and install this, in the left column click on "errors", check all the boxes, then click at the bottom on "search for errors". Once finished, click on "remove errors", and you'll get a message to back up your registry. Say "yes", then repeat until it finds no more errors
CCleaner: (download next to the green arrow at the top right)

¤ Download this, install it and click on cleanup at the top! Once it’s done, click "close" and when the message appears, choose "yes"

I have CCleaner and Easy Cleaner, but it didn’t do anything. I reinstalled everything on my computer and now everything is fine.
